Processing Time.

All orders are processed within the time frame displayed on checkout. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders must be received by 3PM central time to ship out the same business day.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via the provided email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates.

Shipping charges and Estimated delivery times for your order are calculated and displayed on the checkout.

Overnight delivery or next day delivery are only available for orders with delivery addresses within the United States.

International orders do not include duties or taxes. Fees will be due upon receipt. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you deny any shipments from Malqicious you'll be held responsible for both the original shipping charges and cost of returning the packages to us. 

Delivery Claims.

If you experience any non delivery make sure to reach out to us within 7 days to file a claim. We do not hold or accept responsibility to packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Reserved Rights. 

We as Malqicious reserve the right to solely define and limit. refuse, &/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

  • Irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing"
  • Irregular or excessive return history involving worn, altered , laundered, damaged, or missing items.
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
